Conquest sold 30 Thompson Street, a one-story parking garage on a prime SoHo block at $8,000,000. The seller carried back a $6,000,000 mortgage to get the deal done.
The buyer then assembled additional air rights from two neighboring lots and sold the enlarged site for $13,000,000 to Jason Kimmel's Extended Management. Kimmel folded it into his development, filing plans for two residential towers across 30 and 32 Thompson Street — 23 and 26 stories, 98 apartments in all, designed by Fogarty Finger. The lot has since traded again at $33,750,000.
