Conquest represented the fourth-floor loft at 420 West Broadway, the Soho Gallery Building between Spring and Prince Streets, long the epicenter of the SoHo art world.
On April 18, 2013, the loft was sold for $4,400,000 by an Israeli family office to a new purchaser.
Built in 1910, the SoHo Gallery Building was among the neighborhood’s earliest and most prominent gallery destinations, once housing leading art dealers and drawing collectors from around the world. Converted in 2000, 420 West Broadway is now an intimate seven-story, nine-residence co-operative with two entrances and full-time doorman service seven days a week.
