Neighborhood, size, budget, and request the rebate in writing (an email is fine) before your first showing. We search listed and off-market condos, co-ops and townhouses for you.
We represent you
Conquest acts as your buyer's agent on a non-exclusive basis: tours, comps, negotiation, co-op board package and closing.

When your purchase closes, we give you 20% of the buyer-side commission we receive.*

Example: buy a $5,000,000 home → about $30,000 back. The estimate assumes a 3% buyer-side commission; the rebate is 20% of whatever commission we actually receive.

*Rebate applies to purchases only (not rentals) by new Conquest clients with non-exclusive buyer representation, on deals greater than $3.5M. To qualify, the client must request the rebate in writing before the first showing. The rebate is 20% of the buyer-side commission Conquest actually receives on the closed purchase, paid at or after closing as permitted.
